Kindly note that prior to commencing any work, you must submit an AAI form (Additions, Alterations, or Improvements) in accordance with the Declaration and Rules. Failure to do so may result in fines being imposed. Moreover, the possibility of reverting the changes and restoring the unit to its original state may also be necessary.

For your convenience, we have included a downloadable color chart below, illustrating the approved colors for all 72 Village units. It's important to emphasize that painting and roofing changes also necessitate an AAI submission.
