Owners are reminded that property issues which need attention are to be directed to Elite Property Management
Renters should contact their landlord for remedy of property issues. The owner is responsible for contacting Elite if the issue involves the common element.
Questions or concerns about the maintenance of units, common
elements (including amenities), snow removal service, association fees,
external changes to home or property, or the budget should also be addressed to Elite.
Properly filled out AAI forms (requests for approval of additions,
alterations, or improvements) are also to be sent to the property
management company. See AAI specifics on the AAI page.
