All reservations are made through our Property Manager, Elite Property Management Company. All requests for rental must be made at least two weeks in advance of the rental date. The reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from the Meeting House Committee Rental Coordinator.

Please note: we do not "show" the facility. Please refer to the pictures below or feel free to drop by the Meeting House. Capacity is 60 seated and 80 standing. The area is approx. 900 sq ft.

Be sure to review the Reminders: Items Available at the Meeting House, and Day of the Rental Reminders.

Again, the Parking .pdf is very important. Please read it carefully and advise your guests! No parking on the grass. Your rental must not disturb the neighboring residents! No loud music. No children running without supervision. No football or other activity on the green or areas adjacent to the Meeting House.

Anyone wishing to rent this facility must be 25 years or older and must be a Walden Woods resident. Residents may sponsor another individual or an organization for a rental. As the sponsor, the resident must be present at the event.

A week prior to your event you will receive an email from the Meeting House Committee Rental Coordinator with door lock code and alarm code. There will be instructions about how to use the codes to open up. PRINT THE INSTRUCTIONS and take them with you the day of the rental. There will be a check list for things to double check when closing. Your deposit will not be returned until you email the Rental Coordinator indicating that all is in order. The email is on the confirmation and the code documents you received.

The Rules and Regulations are part of the Rental Contract. They are to be read and understood prior to signing the Rental Contract. The Lessee agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations. The "codes" file gives you an example of email you will receive a week before the rental date. It is instructions on how to get into the Meeting House. The second page is a checklist for closing up the Meeting House. The parking file is important. Please advise you guests in advance of the regulations. There are "No Parking" cones and signs for you to put out on the day of the rental.
