About Us
While Walden Woods Conservancy Inc. serves as the overarching legal entity for our community, we have strategically divided our community into distinct shared Conservancy segments and five separate councils or areas, taking into account cost and governance considerations. These councils are referred to as The Village, The Ridge, Woodmoor, Duplex, and Town Home, each featuring a unique fee structure tailored to different ownership types. Furthermore, all units within our community are obligated to contribute to a common Conservancy fee. For more information about each Council, please refer to the specific links in the Council Page.
