An annual meeting of unit owners is held in December at the Meeting House for the purpose of voting on the Council and Conservancy budgets proposed for the coming year. Each unit owner receives notice of the meeting. The notice of meeting is sent by US mail or by email to the residents who have authorized the use of email. Those unable to attend may give a completed proxy to an attending unit owner or the property manager for voting purposes. The proxy form will be mailed (or emailed) to the unit owners with the notice of the meeting.
At the conclusion of the annual meeting, directors who were elected at the September meeting of each council begin their terms. This new Conservancy Board then holds it organizational meeting to elect officers.
