Information on Snow Removal and More
|Walden Woods residents,|
We hope all will be safe and sound this winter and no one will be stuck in the snow. Has the antifreeze been checked in your car? All set with a spare pair of gloves and a flashlight? How about a durable windshield ice scraper? Tires in good shape?
If you live in a council where snow clearing is covered in your monthly fee, you are reminded that all issues regarding snow removal are to be directed to the property manager.
As a reminder, we have included the town parking regulations:
The Town of Windsor’s parking ban is from November 15th – April 15. This means that no vehicle without prior authorization from the town of Windsor or the police department shall be parked on any town owned roadway.
[Code 1961, § 17.03.04; Ord. No. 71-3, 10-8-1971]
No vehicle shall be parked on the streets of the Town between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. between November 15th and April 15th.
No vehicle shall be parked on the streets of the Town during a snow or ice storm which has been in progress at least one hour.
No vehicle shall be parked or left on the traveled portion of a street or highway so as to impede normal snow clearing operations or the flow of traffic.
