| Common Elements
All 153 acres of Walden Woods, other than the lots and units owned by its residents, are Common Elements. Each Unit Owner, as a member of the Association, has a right and non-exclusive easement to those Common Elements.
Examples of Common Elements include ponds, the open, wooded or planted areas around the Village Homes, common area fences and stone walls, and amenities such as the meeting house, pool and tennis court. When completed, the new construction will include addtional Common Elements such as walking trails, a maintenance facility, an additional tennis court and visitor parking areas.
