Election Process
Prior to the Annual Homeowners Meeting, the Property Manager corresponds with homeowners to solicit volunteers to serve on the Conservancy Board of Directors. The names of the volunteers, including any existing Conservancy Board members, are presented to homeowners in attendance at the Annual Meeting .
A majority vote of the attendees by council determines who will serve on the Conservancy Board for the coming year. Candidates have an opportunity to address the homeowners in attendance before voting occurs. The elected members then determine which of them is to serve in what capacity (President, Treasurer, etc.).
