| Annual Homeowners MeetingAn annual meeting of homeowners is held in December at the Meeting House for the purpose of electing new members to the Conservancy Board of Directors and voting on the budget proposed for the coming year. Each homeowner receives a written invitation to attend the meeting. Those unable to attend may give their completed proxy (see below) to an attending homeowner for voting purposes.
