Remember that you must submit a AAI for Additions, Alterations, or Improvements as specified by the Declaration and the Rules before any work begins or fines may be imposed. You may also be required to reverse the change and return the unit to the original state.

Residents of the Village Council may trim their own bushes in the spring or fall if they wish; however they must advise the property manager each year by May 15th and/or August 15th if intend to do so.

Governing Rule Subsection 25.12 -Spring and Fall No Prune List: Village Unit Owners who wish to trim the shrubs surrounding their units by themselves may do so. Unit Owners must notify the property management company by May 15th each year if the wish to be on the spring "No Prune" list. Unit Owners must notify the property management company by August 15th each year if they wish to be on the fall "No Prune" list. Note: if the unit's shrubs have not been trimmed by the time the landscape contractor trims, the shrubs will be trimmed by the landscape company. Should it be necessary for the landscape contractor to return to the property to trim those shrubs, the cost will be charged to the unit owner.



Pictures of Village doors are shown below. The picture of the full glass door meets the standard. The front door is the original standard door. Some Village storm and front doors are non-complaint, but are grandfathered. See Section 25.4 (g) of the Rules Document. The following units have non-conforming doors, but are grandfathered:
