The Standards Committee's job is to enforce the architectural and design restrictions that each Walden Woods homeowner agrees to upon purchase of a home in Walden Woods. Unlike other committees that serve the Conservancy Board of Directors in a strictly advisory capacity, the Standards Committee has enforcement powers, but affected homeowners may appeal the committee's decisions to the Conservancy Board. The committee gets involved when a Walden Woods homeowner wants to make an exterior change to their home or the property surrounding it.
Standards are recorded in the Rules Document. Please see the AAI as well on the banner.
The committee also gets involved when there is a report of a suspected violation of a covenant or rule such as:
Joe Sikora - Village, Co-Chair
Deb Giampolo - Woodmoor
Jill Levine - Woodmoor
Theda Marinelli - Duplex
Kevin John Wytas - Town Home
Ken Milley - Ridge
Susan Raupach, Board Liaison, Co-Chair
