| DECLARATIONThe "Constitution" by which the community lives. Provides the legal definition of the structures and common elements, the rights and responsibilities of the unit owners and the developer as well as the community's operating procedures. Provides the legal framework to which the Bylaws, Rules and resolutions must conform.
A re-written version of this document was approved by the homeowners in June of 2005. The new declaration more fairly defines the rights and responsibilities of the developer and the homeowners since the homeowners assumed control of the Conservancy in 2004. Other changes were made to improve the governing process based on our experience and the anticipated needs of our expanding community.
