Limited Common ElementsA portion of the Common Elements allocated for the exclusive use of one or more, but fewer than all of the units, are Limited Common Elements (LCE). Lot Home owners do not have LCE.
Examples of LCE allocated to individual units include fenced in backyards (and front yards for homes located on the Ridge), any doorstep, stoop, porch, balcony, patio, exterior door or window, or any fixture designed to serve a single unit. A garage wall between connected units is an example of an LCE that is allocated to more than one unit.
