BUILDING & GROUNDS COMMITTEE

Oversees the condition of all conservancy structures and grounds, including the Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Recreation Field and the Meeting House.   Makes usability, safety and security recommendations for whatever improvements or maintenance is required to ensure that homeowners may continue to enjoy these amenities.   

Also works with the Landscaping Contractor and the Property Manager to identify and recommend landscaping needs in the common element areas that will improve or preserve the appearance of the community.
