This is a monthly meeting of the Duplex and Townhome Council homeowners conducted by the Council Directors. The same format and agenda followed in the Conservancy Board Meetings will apply at these meetings except that all matters discussed and decided upon will apply only to Duplex and Townhome Council homeowners, not to the entire Conservancy. ALL DUPLEX AND TOWNHOME COUNCIL HOMEOWNERS ARE INVITED.

These meetings are normally held at the Meeting House on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
