JULY MEETING CANCELLED.

A meeting of the homeowner-elected Board of Directors is held at the Meeting House normally on the last Wednesday of each month. ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

In addition to the eight board members, at least one representative of the Property Management Company is in attendance. Reports from each advisory committee are heard and any recommended activity is voted upon by the Board.

Portions of the meeting are devoted to operational issues, the Property Manager's report and the Treasurer's report.

The meeting ends with approximately 15 minutes of open forum during which homeowners may ask questions, raise issues or report rule violations.
