NORMALLY HELD ON THE LAST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH, THIS MONTH'S MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED TO TUESDAY DUE TO THE UNAVAILABILITY OF KEY MEMBERS OF THE BOARD.

ALL WALDEN WOODS HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

In addition to the nine board members, at least one representative of the Property Management Company is in attendance. Reports from each advisory committee are heard and any recommended activity is voted upon by the Board.

Portions of the meeting are devoted to operational issues, the Property Manager's report and the Treasurer's report.

The meeting ends with approximately 15 minutes of open forum during which homeowners may raise conservancy-related questions, issues or rule violations for discussion and resolution.
