SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is open from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. daily between Memorial Day and Labor Day and is intended for the exclusive use of Walden Woods residents and their guests. 

The cabanas (restrooms and dressing areas) are open between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.  A service attendant checks the water quality every day, cleans the pool area and cabanas, and monitors the operation of pumps and filters.  There is no lifeguard on duty.  Residents and their guests swim at their own risk.

Two guests are permitted for each household and must be accompanied by the resident.   Additional Pool Rules and Regulations posted at the pool apply to all residents and their guests.

Issues regarding the use or condition of the pool should be directed to a member of the Conservancy Board of Directors or the Property Manager.
