Scheduling a Walden Woods Event or Meeting
If you want to use the Meeting House for a special event that is intended for Walden Woods residents, and there will be an expense to be paid for by the Association, you must obtain the approval of the Conservancy Board of Directors before scheduling.
If you want to schedule a committee or Council meeting with no related Association expense, or an event already approved by the Conservancy Board of Directors, contact Polly Ellis at 688-5949 or Alyssa McAllister at Elite Property Management, 860-678-8300 or alyssa@epmllc.com to reserve the specific date and time.
