About the Meeting House

The Meeting House is a common element used as an amenity by all Walden Woods homeowners who share the expense of its maintenance and repair.  It can be reserved for Walden Woods social events approved by the Conservancy Board of Directors, meetings of various committees, monthly Conservancy Board of Director meetings and the Annual Homeowner Meeting.

Leasing of the Meeting House for events not necessarily applicable to Walden Woods is also permissible for non-residents as well as residents.  Leasing by non-residents must be sponsored by at least one Walden Woods homeowner.

The Meeting House Committee is responsible for controlling the use of the Meeting House as well as coordinating its maintenance.  Scheduling of meetings or events, however,  must be arranged through Alyssa McAllister of the Elite Property Management Company, 860-678-8300 or alyssa@epmllc.com.
