MEETING HOUSE
The Meeting House is a common element used as an amenity by all Walden Woods homeowners who share the expense of its maintenance and repair. It can be reserved for Walden Woods social events approved by the Conservancy Board of Directors, meetings of various committees, monthly Conservancy Board of Director meetings and the Annual Homeowner Meeting.
Leasing of the Meeting House for events not necessarily applicable to Walden Woods is also permissible for residents if the event is for a family member.
The Meeting House Committee is responsible for controlling the use of the Meeting House as well as coordinating its maintenance and leasing.
